Prediction**
With today’s game back at Fenway with the Orioles coming to town and Wells on the mound, I predict another victory for the Sox and that Wells will throw well, although not as well as his last couple of games. For some reason I see Wells getting a lot of run support as the team certainly seems to be finding its Spring groove.
I’m also still expecting Manny and Ortiz to continue to turn it up. Even though they both had a home run, those were their only hits of the day. Both are batting well below their normal batting average. Don’t be surprise to continue to see some pop in Renteria’s swing as well… Things are gonna get hot.
I also have to mention that Arroyo seems to impress me each time he throws. For a pitcher a few years shy of 30, he appears to learn more with each start. Thankfully Wake and him are performing well for returning starters until Schilling gets back to form (if and when are both good questions).
