I watch probably 100 full games and listen to 20 or so. West coast games are tough on the weekdays but I get a couple of innings in. My watching average with the bases loaded have got to be .197! I think I jinx the team. Sometimes I don't watch bases loaded situations. When Mirabelli hit his GS I was watching something else. Then I see Manny strike out the other day. NESN always reports that mostly the whole lineup hits between .325 and .450 when bases are loaded. So from now on I will do my part as a faithful and superstitious member of the nation and not watch when the bags a chucked. This is always bewildering to me.
