Dan Shaughnessy Tries To Save Face
I couldn’t help but think how pathetic each article I read by Dan Shaughnessy seems to be lately. His most recent, today’s Time to kiss and make up, can’t be anything but a dry and clear apology for a stupid and horrendous earlier article he wrote that we all know about. Unfortunately, I have very little respect for the guy. His latest writing is beyond pathetic, its disastrous again. Why? The damage has been done Dan, you need to do better than saying the Sox should offer the GM job to Theo again. You really think he’d take it?
As much as a perfect fit Boston is for Theo, and I’m not sure he’ll really enjoy or have near the success elsewhere, we have to accept his departure and move on. Who knows? Maybe there’s someone as good or better around the corner.
Well, Dan you’re not alone. There’s even reports coming from the Herald that Theo’s return might be a possibility. However, I doubt that it will actually happen. If it does, I’d be as shocked as one could possibly be.
