I am not a supporter of Theo or LL. I see them Darth Vader and the Emperor. Vader (Theo) learned from the Emperor (LL) and became very powerfull within the Republic ( RSN). Vader was evil but did have some good in him but...........the Emperor was mostly evil. Honestly why do you build up a farm system? To either trade them or play them in the near future. If you don't do one or the other there becomes a back log. Player get angry in the minors ( Delmon Young - TB) or MLB player get weary of losing their jobs ( always a possibility, but some may not understand that). Something tells me that Theo wanted to do a patch job and win now. He's young and risk is easy (or easier) to handle while being young. LL wants to get rid of big contracts and play the young guys, so he can make money at a larger profit. I think the risk and the now is very much with the younger players, and the performance of the prospects drafter under Theo's tender, will be more showing of his GM record than the past 3 seasons, I think.
